Q: What does pest control treatment cost?

A: All of our service plans are customized to you, your home, your needs and the pest you are having issues with. One of our state licensed and trained technicians would be happy to come and do a full inspection at no charge to you and create you a custom estimate for your home.

Q: How often should I get pest control service?

A: The frequency of pest control service is based on the target pest which will make the frequency vary. For example, German Cockroaches should be treated monthly (every 30 days) whereas we suggest General Pest to be treated bi-monthly (every 60 days) for chemical to be fully effective.

Q: Do I have to leave the house while my pest control service is being done?

A: For general pest control service you do not need to leave your home as the treatment is completed. For other services such as fleas, bedbugs, German Cockroach cleanouts, etc. you may need to leave you home for 3-6 hours.

Q: Do my children or pets need to leave the house when my pest control service is being done?

A: For general pest control service children and animals do not need to leave the home There may be instances or situations that may occur where people and pets will need to leave the home. You will be advised when service is being scheduled. We do request that pets are kept put away while the technician is working as to not interfere with the work being completed.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Classic Pest Control Operators, Inc. takes pride in and stands behind all our work. If an issue arises within the warranty period and the work in completed, we will return at no charge to you and treat the active problem areas.

Q: How long will the chemicals last?

A: The residual on each chemical we use varies and which chemical used is determined by the pest we are targeting. The residual varies from 30-90 days, but we will provide you with you warranty period based on the service provided.

Q: What is the Hassle-Free service?

A: This service provides an annual interior service and 6 bi-monthly services of the perimeter of the structure. You do not need to be home for this service just make sure you have a credit card on file, put all your pets away, and make sure all gates are unlocked. Pest control service is not a necessity inside the home if a barrier is maintained on the perimeter of the home. The majority of interior pest come from the exterior of the home.

Q: How will the rain effect my outside perimeter service?

A: If it is actively raining we will reschedule your service, but if it is not actively raining we will apply product either by power spraying or granulating the perimeter which has a residual that can withstand rain.
